The department of physical education has been established in 2001. It has been promoting sports culture in our college.
It conducts various sports events such as ‘Annual Sports Week’, celebration of ‘Sports Day’ on the Birth Anniversary of Late Major Dhyanchand.
In addition to this, the gymkhana also grooms the students for participating in various university level zonal and inter-zonal sports events. Gymkhana provides all necessary facilities for outdoor as well as indoor games, yoga and health activities that creates interest in sports and games among our students. The institute has it’s own playground
Sports facilities like Athletics, Badminton, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volley Ball, Net Ball, weightlifting, Power lifting etc. are available.
The following outdoor/indoor sports/games facilities are available in the college and students participate in inter-collegiate, inter-university, State and National Level tournament
